Where is a chart or website that shows Aids in Africa across TIME. ?

Question

I need a chart that shows across time, the prevalence of AIDS in Africa. The years should be on the x axis (bottom line) while the % of the population that contracted AIDS should be on the left. I'm trying to see if the prevalence of AIDS has gone down, risen or stayed relatively the same and if efforts to reduce AIDS in Africa are working. Thank you very much.
