Where is a cheap place to find Birthday party Supplies?

I am having a princess birthday party for my daughter who is turning 4, but I am on a tight budget. I would like to know if anyone knows of a cheap party supply place? I live in the LONG BEACH, CA Area, but willing to go to the OC, or LA. Also, wouldn't mind knowing web stores.

Go to Downtown L.A. You can get everything from candy to decorations at very cheap prices.

99 cent stores have an amazing selection of birthday party supplies. They are located all over.  Cassy's 99 center store features Party Supplies and she is in Long Beach.

They have plastic and cardboard tiaras for your princess, balloons, banners, pretty gift bags and boxes, tissue papers, streamers, ribbons.

Great place to shop for such an event for a 4 year old. You may even find toys she likes.
