Where is a cheap place to live with ocean?

I know that there is an ocean around alot of areas. I am looking for somewhere warm with some descent surfing waves.

  1. south padre island....great surf! beautiful beaches....it is close to mexico its in texas

    Its the richest and most beautiful island in the Caribbean.
