MOONBOUNCE is probably the best choice for 10 year old party it is very cheap if you go in a big group kids get great amount of exercise and have a blast of fun unlike chucky cheese where you play video games and waste coins and win crappy prizes lol. look for local moonbounce places around where you live it is very fun acitivity for kids under 13

Get a jumping Balloon and a pinata.

How about a swimming party.  I did that for my son when he turned 10 and it was a big hit.  The bonus was that I did not have to entertain the kids.  I let them swim for about 1 1/2 hours, did cake and presents and then parents picked them up.  I don't know what kind of access you have to swimming pools, but look up some in your area and see what they have to offer.  My daughter is about to turn 8 and I am thinking of doing the same for her.  Good Luck.
