  1. San Francisco... it's foggy all the time & VERY beautiful. It rains a lot in Seattle too but I'm not sure if it's as classy a city as San Francisco. Not saying Seattle isn't cool cuz it is... it's just different.


  2. Seattle. That's the only American place I can think of where it rains a lot, lol!

    I'm v.curious though, why would you want somewhere with a lot of rain?
