  1. The rule is you purchase real estate anywhere whenever there is a clear profit  at the outset. However if you are looking for your dream location you may have a change of perspective and buy with your heart instead of your head...

  2. Any land near big, growing cities is always a good investment.  It is hard in these days to find "under-valued" property anywhere that is likely to increase in value.  If you can purchase real estate in areas that are growing - even their growth is very slow - that you can sit on - or hold - for long periods of time can also be a good place to start.

I also live in Florida.  "Blocks" or parcels of land that sell for $1M or better always increase in value if something is built on them.  If you have that kind of money to invest, don't get your answers here - get your answers from a reputable Realtor or market investor in your area.  Asking questions usually doesn't cost a thing.  BAD advice from sites like this may cost you EVERYTHING.

  3. I live here in Central Florida and have beeen trying to sell my home before I lose it .... I've come down to $179,500 which is comparabe to what homes in this subdivision are selling for ... BUT no buyers .

IF you want to buy CHEAP land or property ... Try Texas County , Missouri  .... Prices are really low there right now .

  4. Ethiopia

  5. Check here:

You will find what you like!

    Good luck!

  6. Where are you getting your information?  Miami and other wealthy south Florida towns are struggling to sell their houses and the prices have diminished greatly.  I doubt very seriously they could get a place like that appraised.

There are however some great land deals here in Florida. So if your interested in Florida, feel free to email me.

  7. check the newspaper we see alot of houses there that have been forclosed on i dont know what type of newspaper it was though..........hmm just look up forclosed homes in your local area
