South City Kitchen at One Ivy Walk (Smyrna-Vinings) has great food and good ambience.  Kind of expensive though.  In downtown Acworth, Fuscoe's is fun (Italian).  Henry's is good too, if you like cajun food.  Great drinks there (think Mardi Gras).  Bahama Breeze on Barrett Pkwy, although it's a chain, is a lot of fun for a group, esp. in the bar area.  The food is good, and the drink list is extensive.  Have fun!

They do an awesome job with parties.
