Where is a good dive spot to see whale sharks in August?

I am on vacation from August 1 -26 and want to do some diving to see whale sharks. Does anyone know of a good dive location in S.E. Asia with a good chance of seeing them?

The only place I know of to go diving with whale sharks in in Belize, Central America. I can't help when it comes to S. E. Asia but I've seen some pretty incredible pictures of divers and whale sharks in Belize.
