  1. my very favorite brunch restaurant in manhattan is Cafe du Soliel at 104th and Broadway - they have delicious breakfast foods plus garlic soaked french fries that are TO DIE FOR.  It's a small restaurant, but they do have outdoor seating.

    Another good breakfast/brunch spot is Cafeteria on 7th Ave (18th st).  They also have ample outdoor seating and excellent food. I love the citrus ricotta pancakes.
