Where is a good outside wedding venue Near Yakima and Spokane Washington?

All of my fiance's relatives live around Spokane Wa, and all of my relatives live around the western part of Wa (my parents live in Yakima). I really don't want my wedding to be IN Spokane, but my fiance wants it to be close enough so that his family won't have to travel very far.

So, I am trying to find a beautiful venue to get married at that's no more than 4 hours away from spokane, but still near my relatives.

I want to have an outside wedding, preferably with some sort of water. (waterfall, lake, river...)

I just need help because the internet doesn't have all of the wedding venues in an easy way to find them.

Please, I need actual sites with all of the information for the place, please no sites that look up the venues for me because believe me, they don't find all of the venues!

I'm sorry if any of this is confusing, just ask me to clarify anything!!!!

  2. Hi,

My cousin was married in July 2008 and was married in Walla Walla Washington. Here is the link to check the site http://www.baselcellars.com  Good Luck and best wishes! The hotels also worked out a deal for the families to stay at a group rate.

  3. okay... spokane and the surrounding areas used to be my stompin grounds for almost three decades...   i have a couple of suggestions, if you like....

    1.  Two Rivers Casino/Two Rivers RV & Marina.  Check out the site:

    http://www.tworiverscasinoandresort.com/...

They have activities for adults and children.  There are very nice pavilions you can rent for your ceremony.  There is plenty of room for RV camping, tent camping, and also nearby hotels.  It's in between Spokane and Yakima, so both parties would be traveling toward one another.  There is a large picnic/park and boat launch on one side of the river, a casino, amphitheater, RV park, pavilions, camping on the other.

  4. White Pass Ski Area just a few miles west of Yakima is beautiful and has hosted outdoor weddings year round.

Really though, you can get married anywhere you want as long as you have a minister and witnesses.
