Marina Square food court. Sit at the outside of and you will see the sea. Budget for group. However, be there early!

Try the East Coast Beach. You can have the group activities at the seaside (free of charge) and then for dinner at the recreational centre (where MacDonald's is located). Dozen of restuarants, hawker centres, coffeehouses and fast food outlets to chose from, depending on your budget. Hope it helps.
