There is a great place just accross the road from the Glasshouse in picadilly

Alternatively you can just eat in Soho where China town is and there are Loads of restaurants. Then go to nearby Covent Garden and have fun in the karaoke bars that you'll find there.

you could try kbox, on cranbourn stret next to leicester square, good karaoke, food is ok, or there is a place on frith street although i dont know what its called.

the place with the best combination of the two is the weng wah house in belsize park, about 3 minutes from the northern line station there, but thats not exactly central london.
