Where is a good place in Colorado to learn how to kayak?

I know it's a few months ahead but I like to be thorough. :)

Have you ever taken kayaking lessons in colorado? If so, where and would you recommend them?

I would do it in Steamboat Springs...not only can you Kayak down the Yampa River, you can take a Gondola ride up the ski mountain, go to the Hot Springs and see all the other sites.  Downtown is great too!  Summertime is really gorgeous there!
