Where is a good place in Dallas (Garland) that I can have a 3 year old party?

My daughter is turning 3 in Sept. and I am looking for a space, not too expensive to have her a Shrek themed Party, any ideas?

A place called Nickrama Arcade ~ they have tiny people stuff and are known for b'day parties  Everything is pretty much a nickel
