Where is a good place in winnipeg to dine out?

Question

I have relatives coming in and i promised i would serve up eel as one of there traditions well my cooking experience wasn't successful tried to do it right know as practise and well I don't eat out much and I am not sure of a good family dining resturant that is elegant kind of sophistacted and mouth watering any ideas would help
