I would also suggest since you are online that you might consider buying online. You can get a much larger variety of teas online than you can in a traditional store or tea merchant due simply to space constraints.

Tea isnt that big in the Philippines. It has gain popularity over the introduction of health benefits we can get from it. However, the most common and most convenient to get are those in bags.

I may be wrong, but I think Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf has loose tea. In QC they have branches in Eastwood, Tomas Morato, Gateway Mall, Trinoma, and SM The Block. You can check their site for your perusal. http://www.coffeebean.com.ph/#

In Tagaytay though, there is this tea place (I forgot the name) but its at Cliff House. Its a little further from Yellow Cab. They offer pressed teas which are quite affordable.
