Where is a good place to buy quilting pattern templates and designs online or around NYC?

I want to find a good place to look at other quilt designs and be able to buy the instructions or design details. A website would be ideal but I dont mind driving somewhere close to me (new york) if they have a good selection.

Why don't you check out the library or book store?  There are tons of good quilting books out there.
