If you're ever in Los Angeles, there are numerous silk flower wholesalers (many also sell to the public as well and everything is negotiable too).  Specific areas in Downtown Los Angeles is Wall Street & Maple Street, between 6th Street through 10th Street (numerous businesses of this type that offers silk flowers in bulk, however, not the safest of neighborhoods).  This area is known as the "L.A. Downtown Flower Mart".

Also consider contacting the Los Angeles Gift Mart in Downtown L.A.. or San Francisco. They may be able to send you a directory.  In theses directories,it should contain numerous wholesale contacts.  If you don't live in the west coast, consider the gift marts located in Georgia and New York.
