Go to the Rosarito Beach Hotel.. They have a great mexican restaurant with views of the ocean.

Lots of suggestions for you -

The meat at El Nido is terrific - also, if you are looking for awesome fish or shrimp tacos try: Baja Tacos Jr or Tacos El Yaqui (yum! I heard it was even written up in Vogue magazine) and then there is always the Rosarito Beach Hotel restaurant which never fails us.   You can get CA cuisine at Susanna's and they also have great Mexican wines.  I'll post some URLs for you to follow - Rosarito has a lot of great choices for food.  Have fun!

La Fonda is great.  A closer drive from Rosarito is Puerto Nuevo.  Puerto Nuevo 2 has great mexican-style lobster...beans and fresh tortillas for about $20 depending on the size of the lobster that day.

Try the restaurant in the Rosarito hotel.  great food but I can't remember the name.  Also, Calafia is just south of town and has beach front dining and after dinner club action.

This is a Basque restaurant in Ensenada that is family run.  Their lamb is exquisite.

La Fonda is about half way to Ensenada.  I have been eating and staying at La Fonda for 35 years.  The location is great and the food is exceptional.  

Have fun and explore a little.  its worth it!
