I think there's a great old school restaurant over there named Win Schulers.  We used to go when I was a kid.  It was the best!

I have no big budget so, I would take mom to BURGER KING and then also.....buy her a couple $ 25.00 gift certificates so she can feed herself the following weeks. Or better yet.....cook her a special meal that will DAZZLE her with your effort "just for her" Now that will make her day. The fancy shmancy places will be easy, but the SPECIAL DINNER at home will impress her more. and for MANY years too.
