Where is a good place to eat in winter springs fl?

My birthday is this weekend and I always get 2 eat out for it but after i wacthed super size me i dont want to. but i think it will be a nice treat for me. where,and what to order that is no sooo fatnig?

i'm so glad this restaurant has a new owner and a new name " China Wok". the food has improved soooooo much, it is great!!!! same convinient location on 434, i just drop by and pick up my food or eat there, they have a big TV for customers. definitely sticking with this one for sure! very friendly service by the way.

Try the

Carrabas over on Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla Road.

There's also  a Macaroni Grill that opened up on Red Bug not too long ago.

If you want something more casual, there's a Tropical Smoothie that's across from the Oviedo Mall. They have food that's on the healthier side.

Its your birthday , Splurge!! but that is mostly just like fast food . just go to a nice sit down meal and you will be fine ! just make smart choices :D
