Red Lobster is the McDonald's of great seafood. It works in a bind or if you have nothing else available, but in most higher class restaurants they'll have a great lobster special unless you live in the middle of nowhere. I live in New Mexico and I can find great restaurants that do serve fresh lobster and if you don't wanna pay more than you really should, you can go down to your neighborhood supermarket and pick up some frozen crab tails and steam them yourself. I see them at our Sunflower Market store (Whole Foods-type of organic market without the junk of Whole Foods) on sale quite often for $6.99 for 6oz. tails. Of course, at that price, I usually pick up some snow crab legs as an extra entree and luxury
