Where is a good place to get a personalized birthday banner in NYC?

I dont want to get it online. I doubt Party City does it though. It has to be personalized since I have to change the Happy Birthday part since my grandmother doesn't speak English. Its for her birthday.

Since you don't think that Party City would have them, why don't you try getting it custom made at a place like Kinko's? They have a lot of locations through-out the city.
