Where is a good place to get a really good haircut in Boston?

I'm a 15 year old guy and I go to boarding school near boston, ma. I need to find a good place to get my haircut. I've been to g2o on newbury street a couple of times and each time I went I got a different person and none of them have done a very good job. price is not an issue. I dont need anything complicated, just a simple cut and then I need to get my hair thinned.
