Where is a good place to get a teen a cute, affordable rain coat?

Question

In the past, my rain coats have been loose, and ugly. For once, i would like to get a fairly nice coat for the winter (I live in San Francisco where it doesn't snow in the winter, in rains, so I don't want anything too heavy). Links would be great, or even the name of a store or site.

Gap has pretty good ones which are too expensive as well as H&M. Nordstroms
