  1. There are a few Thai/Chinese Veg Buffets around in various places in Soho.  There are 3 on Greek Street.

As Pontac mentioned, Food for Thought is an alltime classic venue but can be very busy at lunchtimes.

Near to Food for Thought is Neals Yard.  This has several Veggie cafes in there - including a Brazilian place that offers excellent lunch menus (risotto/stew or rice bake +bread+drink_ for £5.

On Marylebone High St is a place called `Eat and 2 Veg`.  This is a diner style restaurant with some of the best Veggie food in London.

Also in Soho is `Red Veg` (Dean St?).  A Burger outlet offering a fully veggy menu.

  2. maybe try fresh and wild on brewerstreet. its got a cafe section to it and serves some really yummy organic veggie food

  3. I'm sure we are all grateful to fuzzy-bear.

Try Govinders, its in Soho Street, the tiny street that connects Oxford Street to Soho Square. Run by the Hare Krishnas, it has some delicious food at very reasonable prices -- I love their olive-bread. 9-10 Soho Street London W1 Tel: 020-7437 3662

Also, just of Leicester Square is Woodlands, a branch of the veggy Indian restuarant chain. (37 Panton St, London, SW1Y 4EA - 020 7839 7258 http://www.woodlandsrestaurant.co.uk

Indeed, you can get good veggy meals in any Indian restaurant.

    In Covent Garden is

  4. I don't live in London so I wouldn't know. I live in America. But that's a very good question.
