Where is a good place to get an EMF reader?

An electric supply shop.  If you are anything like most all paranormal investigators you probably don't know how to use them properly or what the readings indicate, so any old EMF reader will do.

Just searching on www.google.com/products can show many.  What you want is a multi-directional reader, the more expensive type.  Otherwise you won't get consistent readings on the cheaper ones because it will depend on the angle of the reader.  Also make sure it goes down to 30hz.  I'm still trying to find one that measures below 30hz.
