Where is a good place to get hair done?

ok so for my school ID i want to get my hair done but i dont have that much money i live in clackamas oregon and a place closest to sunnyside road would be great. and it has to be cheep.

usually a beauty school can do a really good job at a fraction of the cost, if not free. Just look up beauty schools in your area and call them up and ask if they take clients.
