Where is a good place to get your first job?????????????????????

im 17 and have never worked before. any suggestions of where a good first job would be. I was thinking a golf course, pizza place, batting cages, ect. somewhere small, easy, and well paying. NO FAST FOOD PLACES...

My second job was at Chuck E. Cheese when I was 16 and 17. If you are a party host, you get paid minimum wage plus tips. It can be annoying, but some of my favorite memories are from those days.

J C Penney, be a part time worker good place to start also you can buy things for yourself with your associate discount.

Maybe you like the place and make a career in the company.

I'd probably look for something where I can get tips. If you have the right attitude & a friendly personality you can make extra money.

Those would work.  You can also check with your high school to see if there are any internships available as well at local businesses (some schools do have them).  This would give you a leg up when you apply to college.
