As in school supplies.. the best deals are at Staples and Office Max

As in for clothes: any department stores because they have a bigger selection and sales/ and you can find everything you need.. such as macy's

When I go back to school shopping, I always read the flyers before actually going out, so I can circle what I need. I recommend not shopping at just one store, Staples has good locker shelves & binders. Wal-Mart has is a good place to buy pencils, and other stuff. And Superstore

is the best for paper, it is the cheapest there at the end of the month near school starting .

yes target it a good one, also try old navy they have adorable clothes of all different kinds and its fairly cheap. for shoes try payless shoes :) hope i helped

JCPenney, Kohl's, Aeropostale, Hollister, Abercrombie, Target, WalMart, Old Navy, Sear's, Nordstrom, Lord and Taylor, and any Mall stores. REALLY nice clothes that I adore and i have nice style :):). They all have good prices (maybe not hollister and abercrombie though). They either have a sale, clearence, or theyre just cheap

I recommend Forever 21 because it is affordable and fashionable.

others that are good:

urban outfitters if you are on the higher side in money

you might spot a few cute things from target, although i don't really shop there

macy's has a couple of cute things and have many sales, so there are many good deals

ross, walmart, tjmaxx, loehmanns, and nordstrom rack have many discounted clothes

hollister&abercrombie is good as well.
