Where is a good place to have a milking farm in Canada??

it's for a project, if anyone knows the criterias, type of environnement,are,etc. fora milking farm that would be a great help!! also if anyone knows a good place in canada that would be awesome

    Let us assume that you had a free dairy herd with no feed cost, equipment costs or interest payments on a farm loan.

    Let is just assume transport.
