Where is a good place to learn how to wind surf?

My husband and I would like to learn how to wind surf, we will have two weeks to do so within the next year. Does anyone know a good organization to teach it and where is a good place to go? We are willing to travel since we have a 2 for 1 airplane trip. Thanks in advance!

Inquire Siesta Key, Florida. The beach is great and conditions vary. Rental services are reliable. The Atlantic side is difficult. Sarasota is a wonderful place. Be prepared to change sail sizes.
