  1. The best place would be up north, but you don't want to do cold, so you are really out of luck.  Up north they have months and months of darkness.

  2. The province of quebec in canada.  Yes gets cold in the winter but only for 4 months.  Has less sunny days than many others.

  3. ALASKA!!!!    NORTH POLE!!!!    SOUTH POLE!!!!

  4. England.

Seriously, we have about a week of "summer" and then the rest of the year is pretty grey- neither freezing nor boiling, but ranging in the middle.

There is snow for a couple of days usually in Jan (none so far) but it never gets deep.

Rain has a mind of its own (last summer there were floods in some places)- but I wouldn't say it is always raining, drizzles more than rains.

There are very rarely any serious storms, and the wind is quite mild if you avoid up North by Scotland.

Although a small country, where you live does make a difference in weather- certain places, usually central, are more likely to flood. The higher you are, the wetter it is, and the lower you are, the hotter it is (though never boiling).

A bright sunny day here is a huge conversation point, it is so rare- usually the sun is hiding behind a cloud.

  5. Seattle.

  6. in a cave
