at a blood bar. there kinda hard to find though. someone told me a dark ally, i dont know. you can do anything you set your mind to. though, as is suggested above, haemavore has a message board that kinda acts as a chat room. try it! i go on some times (i use the name corinne)

Go to a big city

Hang out until night falls. You should see one or two Vampires walking around with a white tint to their skin and Vampire attire. Establish a relationship with the vampire and build upon it. If you can't get a good relationship while there, don't be afraid to call up the vampire or invite it over for drinks. It won't come over during the day

but you ask were to meet vampires well you have to  Purchase and install the "Nightlife" expansion pack for "The Sims 2." Without this pack, Good luck

I dont truly think vampires exist but IF they did i would suggest anywhere dark maybe even a spooky farm where it would go ad hunt if the humans where over protected!
