  1. texas.. it never snows here.. and its 72 degrees outside.. in febuary!

  2. i  think texas would  b  good ,  houston,  its  a really metropolitan city  n  if  you  dont  like  that  kind  of  stuff   you can also  move  to  katy  is  rigth outside  of  houston  n  it  has  the  bes  school  district  in texas  for  your  kids. besides  it  never  snows  here, katy  is  really  pretty there  r like  no  buildings  is  just  like  neigthborhoods.

  3. I was fortunate enough to live in Arizona (Peoria, right outside of Phoenix) for 3 years and LOVED it.  It's so clean and beautiful.  The summer months are hot...but they have no humidity, so it really isn't unbareable until it is over 120 and 9 months out of the year are fabulous.

  4. Scotsdale, AZ

it doesn't snow in the desert (unless you are in the Mountains)

  5. try knoxville tn area...great economy great climate alot of nice towns in sourrounding area look at Lenoir City, Farragut, or Loudon, you are only 30 minutes from the mountains and the people in these communities are very friendly and the schools are top notch spring comes in Feb and summer lasts till November.

  6. This is a pretty good place to live.

Sacramento, Calif.  It's nothing at all like Los Angeles, just so you know (a lot of people think all of Calif. is like L.A., which is absurd).

The weather is great (never snows), and we're within 1-2 hours of snow (if you get homesick), a few hours from the ocean, two hours from San Francisco, there are lots of streams, rivers and lakes, beautiful mountains 1-2 hours away, etc.

The job situation is pretty good.

The downside is, housing prices are high (coming down, though), and the California government will drive you nuts sometimes.
