  4. Chingford and Buckhurst Hill if you are reasonably well off,

    Loughton if you are very well off.

  5. Don't move to Manor Park. It bloody stinks here...Literally!

    Stratford will be bustling soon because of the Olympics so, that would be kinda interesting I guess.
