Where is a good place to see Manatees in the Florida keys?

I would look in the water!

Ok, look on the NW side of the islands.  More sea grass there for them to munch on.  Not sure if there is a spot that they are seen frequently, unlike Crystal River, but they range from RI to the Caribbean.  Well, only one sighting ever in RI but isn't that awesome that one swam all the way up there!
