Where is a good place to stay in Burlington Vermont?

Going on vacation and are looking for a good location of a hotel/bed and breakfast.

The Hilton is nice, and it's right downtown across from Lake Champlain.  I usually stay at the Sheraton, which is less scenic than the Hilton, but it's usually cheaper, it's clean, the food is good, and it's centrally located.  The Doubletree is another good option.  It's just a little further from downtown, but in a pretty good spot.  Wherever you stay, you'll end up driving to locations, so stay at whichever you can get the best rate.  I'd say these are the three cleanest, most modern hotels in the area.  Have fun!
