I have been wanting to take tennis lessons but I can't find a good affordable place to take them at. Any ideas?

Although it's probably too late in the season to find a new class, check local colleges, adult education programs (even if you're not an adult), cooperative extension programs, etc. Also, enter "houston texas tennis programs" (without the quotes) into your favorite web search engine.

Most such classes are geared toward beginners and low intermediates; better players may not find such classes useful, and would typically be willing to pay more for private or semi-private lessons. Expect to pay up to $50 for non-school-based programs, and at least $100 for school-based programs.
