Where is a good place to take pictures around the houston galleria area?

I'm planning on eating dinner downtown for prom and my group was wondering where would be a nice place for us to take pictures.

  3. There's an observation lobby on top of the Pennzoil building

    also Hermann Park has The Houston Zoo, those Red Panda's are a great photo-op~!

    to take a pic before dark.  Or at night the William Tower Fountain is the place.  Good luck!

    Sam Houston Park, downtown, where the original settler's cabins are. Bagby at Lamar. I was down there for IFest yesterday. Aim east and get the downtown buildings to contrast in the background.

  8. Downtown is nowhere near the Galleria, you know.

    I know it is a cliché, but try the waterwall for pics. Unless your prom is being held downtown I would not go down there to eat.
