Where is a good place to through a Rave?

like where do people usually have Raves at?

im planning on having a huge rave for my 18 bday and i need ideas? :]

dang its gunna be sick! i wanna have a rave for my 18th birthday too. have it outside and inside. make sure all the lights are of and get glow sticks and hang them from the ceiling. u can have a strobe light room wich is SO intense when ur rollin like whoaa. (wait is it just a rave or are people gunna be on ex?) well anyways... get techno music and play it on ur dvd player in the living room. ok its hard to explain this but when ur on window media player and u pla music and itl have those light things on ur screen and they turn all theses different colors going to the music and stuff. well if u have xbox 360 or if one of ur friends do u can hook that up to ur xbox and itl play on ur big screen in the living room. and play techno music and rap together on it. its way tyte. make orbits and hand them out to people and what not. u should also let all girls come in free and 2 or 3 dollars for each boy to get in. dont serve alchohol sinse people are gunna be on ex. thats on the inside. on the ouside u can have a small bon fire going, like two feet by two feet and have chairs and stuf to put around it. u can also put the strobe light outside on ur patio in the backyard but i say just keep it to a room. like in ur garage and put a couple couches in there wich u can get at the thrift store lol. just be creative, have friends help you out like if they have strobe lights or those black holloween lights that make white shirts look like really cool, u can use christmas lights too. yard sales sometimes have couches for sale no more then like 50 bucks sometimes and it doesnt mater if there nice or not just so people can sit on them. a pack of like 20 glow sticks usually isnt any more then about 10 dollars. so get a couple packs of those. the necklace ones, braclet ones, stuff like that. fruton lights for orbits u can get from target in the automobile section and u can get a pack of 3 for like 4 bucks. get a few of those and make orbits. if u dont know how go on youtube and look up "how to make an orbit". print out flyers and give some to ur friends and tell them to hand them out and stuff. tell them not to hand them out to random people though, last time that happend out here 3 kids got sabbed. anyways i hope ur party turns out GREAT! goodluck :)

if you can't throw one, just goto a club with your friends, may not play what you want, but it wont matter after you get on the floor
