well, if you are above level 20 combat, (if you are a member) go to the fremmenic isles, and you will see some rock crabs. these have about 55 hit points, but they hit about one once in 15 trys. if you pack 10 cakes, you should be able to train solidly for about three hours.

if you are a non-member, then i would just suggest just cows or something, it wont be great, but its probably the best you can do

if you want some help on some other skills and where to train, just go to http://www.runehq.com/ ,it a great site that i have found imensly usefull!!!!  (quest help, skills, etc etc...)

i always mage on runescape so u know varrock sewers well go down there and verse skeletons lvl 21 to moss giants lvl 42! they really are great for ur lvl. but stay away from dedly red spiders!!!:)

If you have lots of runes. Then you can train at Lesser demons in Karamja. They are level 82 but lots of people cast fire strike and over at it. My advice would be that if you have over 500 Mind,chaos, death or blood runes. Train at them. They drop good stuff (even rune med helm) and they give good XP.
