Where is a good place to train str, def, and attack on runescape?

my att lvl is 70 my str lvl is 64 and def lvl is 60

I'm guessing your a member because of those stats 70 att and still 60 def and 64 str. Well if you are I would train at the Ogres and if not Ice giants.

If you are member :

you should train with fire giants (86) bring good food like lobsters or better. They are located in the  Brimhavean dungeon, bring an axe. Fire giants drop rune kites and rune scimmitars. If you are member get a ring of wealth, increase the chances of getting good drops. You can also train with moss giatns as a member. They have really good drops like ranarr seeds 23k and snapdragon seeds worth 30k. They only drop this in members worlds.

If you are free player :

you should train with lesser demons (81) or moos giants (42). Demons are very good for training. They have good drops for free players like rune helms. Moss giants are located in the northeast dungeon of varrock, at end. They are not really stongs but they are good money and exp too. You can also train with ice giants (52) . They are located in the dungeon on the south of port sarim. They are good exp. Not really good drops.
