Question:

Where is a good place to travel in November?

My boyfriend and I both have a week off together at the beginning of November and we want to travel somewhere together - however I'm noticing that November is the off season for most places which could put a damper on things. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the off season in some places, I just don't want to end up in the middle of a hurricane, or in a country where all the restaurants and attractions are closed for the season... soo...

where, in your experience, is a great place to visit during November?

Bonuses would be:

-inexpensive

-cultural signifigance

-warm sunny beaches

but your suggestions don't necessarily have to include those things. (we live in Canada, btw, so please no suggestions in Canada or the US) Thanks for any help!

Its still on the same continent, and usually its relitively inexpensive ticket wise (for flights).

You could also try somewhere in central america like Panama, or jamaica. I know they have things going all year round. And the hurricane season is usually more in the September/october months.

  14. hey have you thought about egypt..september october and around the start of november are the best times to visit.reason is because it is 2 warm to go there in sumer ..over 40 degrees celcius(dont know what that is in farenheit). theres the pyramids and lots of other amazing attractions to visit in cairo and then head down the nile to luxor which is alot nicer than cairo and then over to either sharm el sheikh or hurgadha where u have the beaches. in november the weather should be around 20-25 degrees..i went in start of november last year and it was this for me..this is very gd weather i think as europe can be wet and cold in november..so my best bet is to hit egypt..

if u want a holiday to remember try south africa or australia..as it should be coming into there spring summer i think..there opposite to us season wise so ..check egypt out first tho..maybe onetime or something :)
