Where is a good places to ev train. Help ?

Does anybody know good places to ev train pokemon.

Please put the route or the trainers name.

This is on pokemon diamond

For what? Spec. att would be the old chateu (gastly). Speed would be near valley windworks(pacharisu and buizel). Spec. def would be anywhere when surfing (tentacool, tentacruel). Attack would be anywhere and defense would be any cave with geodudes.
