Where is a good restaurant that serves really good tilapia?

I want to take my boyfriend out for a nice dinner. He loves tilapia so I want to find a reallt nice restaurant that sells really good tilapia.

I'm not sure about tilapia but Kinkead's, Oceanaire, BlackSalt, or Hooks in Georgetown all are wonderful for fresh seafood options. All are also very nice in atmosphere.  I haven't been to Hooks but hear it's a celeb hangout when visiting DC if you're into that kinda of thing.

Any of the Clyde's group of restaurants usually has talapia on the menu. The Old Ebbitt in D. C. is one of the best for atmosphere and is a Washington tradition, Clyde's in Tysons Corner is really good, too and if you're in Maryland Tower Oaks Lodge is a good Clyde's choice. All have really good ambiance with decorative lighting outside and excellent decor on the interiors. Prices are reasonable, but you won't believe it when you see it.
