Where is a good site to start an on-line savings account?

Two months ago I opened a new checking account with Wells Fargo that takes $25.00 out of my checking account and places it in a savings account on the 10th of each month so I put $50.00 in the checking account and this way I build up each one. I have 2 other checking accounts, one to pay bills out of and one to save for a rainy day, like car repairs etc.

The top rate being paid right now is 3.50% at FNBO Direct and HSBC Direct. I'll attach a list of online institutions and their rates.

I switched from ING to Emigrant when Emigrant was paying much higher. Now it's dropped to the bottom and I may switch again. Fortunately, it's a snap to move, unlike a brick-and-mortar bank.
