Uno's, which is in Tempe on Mill ave., or Oregano's, which can be found in Tempe or Phoenix.

Grimaldi's has 2 locations in Scottsdale and they are great.

I'm from Chicago. There may be some franchises of Uno's, Giordonno's or  Lou Malnati's in Phoenix. I know there's a big Chicago base in Phoenix because of the Cubs and Spring training.

It's a drive from Phoenix/Scottsdale, but Vito's, which is an unassuming hole in the wall restaurant in Glendale (4318 W. Northern) has very genuine deep dish Chicago pizza.  It's been top rated by Phoenix Magazine and the Phoenix New Times, and the person who runs it (Vito, actually) used to make deep dish pizza in Chicago.

Oregano's is also quite good - they have several locations in the Phoenix area.  And Uno's is here as well - it's a chain, of course, but based off Pizzeria Uno in Chicago.

In Phoenix I can guarantee you that an illegal alien will be making the pizza. So I don't think that any pizza place in Phoenix can be authentic unless the illegal alien happens to be from Italy, and that is unlikely.
