  1. Monmartre is nice, but it's always full of tourists.

Try a trip to Bois de Vincennes to the south east of the city centre, or Bois de Boulogne to the west - perhaps for a picnic.

Avoid visiting both places very late at night though.

    Bonne visite!

  2. depends on what you both enjoy. the Garnier Opera House where there are operas and ballets could be good. Time in Montmartre, garden of Luxembourg, cruise on the seine. Paris is naturally beautiful and romantic and it's up to you both to make it more romantic. Almost everywhere can be romantic if the mood is right.

  3. A brothel

  4. Its the one you are with that makes it romantic or not.

It's the person who wants to be with you no matter where you go.

Or if you go where they want to go & are happy about it.

    This is even better.

  5. The Latin Quarter on Paris' Left Bank.  Book a room at L'Hotel des Grands Ecoles, and you are within walking distance of all you really need to see and do.

  6. Of course the Montmartre quarter is certainly very nice to begin with. It still has an old Parisian feel to it, and the view on Paris is great. It's a typical place to visit when you're visiting the city. But it can be quite packed somehow.

So I would recommend you one of my favourite places here in Paris, La Butte Aux Cailles.

It's also a very typical quarter of Paris, in the 13th district. Since it's located on a hill, it feels like you're a bit in a petit Montmartre.

Well, how do you get there?

Best thing to do is to take the métro and hop off at  "Corvisart" station on line 6. When you're there you'll notice at once that there's a hill! So you'll know where to go. Then where excatly do you go? Well, get lost. All in good manner of course! Visit without knowing too much of it, discover its lanes, check the restaurants, enjoy.

  7. You should go to a very nice, lovely and romantic place not that far from Paris. It's called Aix-en-Provence and just 800km south of Paris. But it's only 2h30 by train!

Well, if you want to stay in Paris intra-muros, should go to Montmartre or the "quartier latin".

    Bon voyage.
