I'm having anywhere from 50-100 people and don't want a traditional wedding. Does anyone have any ideas/experience with small weddings and nice places to have them? I was thinking of renting a private room or function room at a nice restaurant, but I don't have any experience or know anyone who does with this. Any help or ideas would be awesome!!!

  1. I just answered a question about what I think would be a good place:  Vineyards/wineries are BEAUTIFUL.  (Best in the early fall, August/September, when the vines are at their fullest)

Check out the websites I provided:

  2. Maria's Family Restauraunt in Haverhill has a great room and it is very affordable (they have a website), you could also try the Hilltop on route 1.

  3. Lake Pearl in Wrentham has a restaurant there called Luciano's and they do weddings. It's one of the many places I'm looking into for myself. I haven't been down there to check it out yet though.

Wow, I can't believe I'm drawing a blank on more suggestions because I've been looking through this stuff for a couple of months now. I guess my brain is fried today. So, to find some good places, you can use theknot.com, or simply google "wedding locations" or other similar keywords to see what pops up.

Oh, just a thought...in the city the have A LOT of nice hotels that often have restaurants. You could look into some of those as well.

    Good luck in your search!
